About Us
Trustbridge Hospice Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Trustbridge, formerly known as Hospice of Palm Beach/Broward County Foundation and Hospice by the Sea Foundation.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our community to fund critical patient care and specialized programs that go beyond what Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance will cover.
From grief support to music therapy and other life-enriching services, your support helps ensure that every patient and family receives compassionate, comprehensive care—regardless of their ability to pay.
Our Story
From hospice care to emotional and spiritual support, we are here for families.
Since 1978, Hospice of Palm Beach County, Hospice of Broward County, and Hospice by the Sea have cared for 200,000 families in South Florida. These three hospices are now one branch of Trustbridge, a community nonprofit that provides support for families facing serious illness 24 hours a day. Our other services include palliative medicine, caregiver suppor,t and bereavement programs.
