“I give to Hospice of Marion County Foundation, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 3231 SW 34th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34474, or its successor thereto, ______________* [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
Suncoast Hospice Foundation
“I give to Suncoast Hospice Foundation, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 2675 Tampa Road
Palm Harbor, FL 34684, or its successor thereto, ______________* [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
The Tidewell Foundation
“I give to The Tidewell Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit corporation currently located at 3550 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34239, or its successor thereto, ______________* [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
Trustbridge Foundation
“I give to Trustbridge Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit corporation currently located at 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407, or its successor thereto, ______________* [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
